ZADOL TABLETS
Aceclofenac is a widely used non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It is a phenylacetic acid derivative and is similar to diclofenac although it appears to have a lower tendency to cause gastrointestinal effects. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal agent with marked anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. The mode of action of aceclofenac is largely based on the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. Aceclofenac is a potent inhibitor of the enzyme cyclooxygenase, which is involved in the production of prostaglandins
SPECIFICATIONS
- It is contraindicated in the patients who have previously shown hypersensitivity reactions (e.g. asthma,rhinitis,angioedema or urticaria)
- Severe Hepatic and Cardiac failure
- Moderate to severe Renal failure
- During the last trimister of pregnancy
- Active or previous peptic ulcer
- History of upper gastrointestinal perforation, related to previous NSAIDs therapy.
- STORAGE : Store protected from light and moisture ,at temperature not exceeding 30o
- PRESENTATION : 3 Blisters of 10 tablets
